Ackerman Family: Update!!!

I apologize that I haven't updated my blog in a very long time. Things with me have been busy and stressful. Where to begin...... Well as for my kids Hunter is now 3 and a half but going on 18 with his attitude lately. He hit his terrible 2's very very late. About a week ago I picked him up from daycare and usually if he's been good he will get a treat but that day I picked him up he didn't get a treat because he wouldn't listen to my daycare lady and was put in timeout about 3 times that day so anyways when I put him in the car to go home he started kicking and screaming and out of no where started hittingh imself in the face which he's never done before so I grabbed his hands and said, "no we don't hit ourselves its not nice." He stopped and said "OK mommy sorry." As I was driving home out of no where he picked up a toy threw it on the backseat floor and said, " I don't want to play anymore I quit," it was so funny but so sad at the same time. He's slowly getting better but oh how I have 15 more years of this to go through. He still has a very cute and silly side to him though. For example he came out of his room one day with one of his pull ups on his head had to take a picture because it was way too cute and funny.

He loves to play with his sister and also like to tease her, and oh boy can my little girl scream. She will scream at the top of her lungs if she doesn't get what she wants or if Hunter takes something away from her or teases her with a toy she wants.
Payton is now 15 months old and growing so big. Her hair is long and curly all natural she got the from me. She is my bottomless pit she will eat anything in front of her but doesn't gain a pound and is still small as ever but very healthy and her doctor is not concerned at all which is a good thing. She is very smart and picks up on things very well. She knows where her eyes, nose, mouth, and ears are and knows some of her animals. She is a very good listener and understands most of everything you say to her or ask her. I just can't believe how fast 15 months have gone by.
As for me well things have been kinda hectic with work and personal issues that I have been going through lately but will get through it. I am very blessed to have a job to go to every morning and that my husband has a job also to go to everyday and provide for our family. Its sad to see so many people struggling that don't have jobs and just wish there was a way to help. For example I have this very sweet lady I work with and her daughter has some medical issues that doctors don't really know what's wrong with her but won't take the time to find out because she has no insurance. She has been turned down or pushed away already from two doctors because they are afraid they won't get paid so they won't help. It is so sad and so rediculous. I wish there was a way I could come up with a fundraiser to raise some money to give to her daughter to take to a doctor and get the help that she needs but not sure exactly how to do that so if anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Sorry this is such a long post buthad alot to update. Here are some recent pictures of my two darling kids. I will try to update more frequently now. Enjoy!
