Hunters Fall

So as you all know we converted Hunter from his crib to his big boy bed about 6 months ago and he has been doing really good, what I mean by that is he has never fell off until last night. I got home from work around my usual time 11:30 at night and I always check on my kids before I head to bed which is funny because when you put Hunter to bed either for a nap or bedtime he loves to pull the covers up close to his chin and get all cozy, but then when you go to check on him you find the covers like this:
with the covers completely off him. He is such a character. Anyways as I was telling you I go to check on him when I get home from work and he's in the middle of his bed covers completely off him and he looks so peaceful so I kiss him on the forehead and shut his door and moved on to Payton's room which she is sleeping peacefully as well. SO I get myself ready for bed and as I am about ready to fall asleep myself I hear this huge THUD and then Hunter starts to cry I run into his room to find him on the floor and he says to me, "Mommy I falled off the bed and bonked my head" it was so cute that I couldn't help but to giggle. I asked him if he was ok and he said Yeah and crawled back into bed. So precious I can't believe how big he gets each and every day.
