Never Take the littlest things in life for granted!!!

What I mean by that is I just spent the last 10 days at Intermountain Medical Center due to a severe asthma attack. It was Monday afternoon on the 16th and I went into the emergancy room because I felt an asthma atttack coming on. Around 9 o'clock that evening they wanted to admit me but I told them "no because I couldn't afford it," so instead they sent me home on oxygen. Around 10:30 only being home for an hour and a half I was being rushed back to the hospital but by ambulance. When I woke up I thought it was still Monday night but it was actually Wednesday night. When I arrived at the ER they immediatly put me under and put a breathing tube down my throat. That was the first time EVER I had to be intabated due to my asthma. I spent 4 days in the ICU unit heavely drugged becasue I guess everytime I came to my first thing was to rip the tube out of my mouth. I was finally moved to a regular room after the 5th day and then released last Tuesday afternoon. Its very scary when you can't breathe. I wake up everyday and count my many blessings that I am still here and my kids still have their mother.
